Design, documentation, construction and commissioning of Fire Compliance upgrade works

255 Elizabeth Street, Sydney CBD

Design, documentation, upgrade and commissioning of two replacement Cooling Towers to the building at 255 Elizabeth Street, Sydney. Work comprised of supply, install, commission, test and place in service, together with maintenance service works associated to the fully occupied building.  

AMP Centre – 50 Bridge Street, Sydney CBD

The project has completely upgraded 430 fire dampers across 33 different tenancies over 42 levels. The project has involved large amount of ceiling cut and make good works, relocation of existing services and reposition of large fixtures. The building has been fully occupied during the project duration.

309 Kent Street, Sydney CBD

Design, documentation, upgrade and commissioning of Lift Upgrade works to the fully occupied building.

AMP Centre – Central Plant Upgrade Works

The project comprises miscellaneous services upgrade works across 33 different tenancies over 42 levels at AMP Centre, which includes air conditioning system upgrade and re-balancing, electrical services upgrade and re-wiring, fire services upgrade, condenser water system pipework upgrade, Chiller and Cooling Tower pipework upgrade as well as associated BMCS controls upgrade. The building was been fully occupied during the project duration.
